Data deletion instructions
GrandPOS is a product of Grandify Technologies. Use this page to request deletion of restaurant account data or WhatsApp Platform Data associated with GrandPOS.
1. How to request deletion
Email hammaad@grandify.tech with subject line GrandPOS data deletion request.
Include:
- Restaurant / organization name on GrandPOS
- Account email used to sign in
- Phone number on the account (if applicable)
- WhatsApp Business phone number or WABA ID (if you connected WhatsApp and want that connection removed)
- Whether you want full account deletion or WhatsApp disconnect only

2. What we delete
- Account / POS data: restaurant profile, menu, orders, customers, staff accounts, and related operational records for that organization, subject to legal retention requirements.
- WhatsApp Platform Data: tokens and metadata granted when the restaurant connected WhatsApp through GrandPOS, used only to send transactional receipts for that restaurant.
3. Disconnect WhatsApp only
Restaurant owners can disconnect WhatsApp inside GrandPOS settings. Disconnecting stops further WhatsApp sends and further Platform Data use for that connection. You can also request disconnect by email using the instructions above.
4. Timeline
After account termination or a confirmed deletion request, we retain data for up to 30 days for recovery, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law. We will confirm by email when the request is completed.
